Hi All,

I hope you are all managing to keep well and active while you are at home!!

I have  now started to upload some practice videos for you all, to keep you up to date with your lessons. I realise its not the same as usual lessons and you may not have quite enough room, to dance properly, but I think if you just take one subject at a time and try to do only small amounts, you should be reminded of the steps.

Please bear with me as I attempt these videos, as i’m hardly an expert at this sort of thing!!

If you check the website once a week, there should be something new each week.  If there is something in particular you would like me to show or a part/step you would like me to break down, please do text me (or get Mum to!)
